Sarah Cross – Sarah is a research associate who has managed a semi-commercial beekeeping operation for 6 years and has assisted in a wide range of research projects in the fields of apiculture and entomology. She has worked with commercial beekeepers and loves to teach people about the wonderful world of bees and beekeeping.
